Dyess Ditch Canal Recreation Area
To call this a "recreation area" is a stretch - Dyess Ditch Recreation Area features an overgrown boat ramp, and that's it. Period. Nothing else. The ramp looks like it hasn't been used in years, and is overrun with plants at the water edge. I don't know anything about airboats, so maybe they'd use it, but there's no way I'd try launching my boat here. Apparently the area was up for renovation and dredging in like 2009, but that was canceled.Location:
