H.L. Johnson

Situated between H.L Johnson Elementary School and a canal lies H.L. Johnson park. This smallish park features an exercise and fitness trail - you know, the sort with instruction signs and basic stationary equipment - that also doubles as a nice nature trail through a beautiful wooded area. It's a nice quick stroll around, and it's even shady. There are benches scattered along the trail should you need a rest, or just a quiet moment for thinking. Watch out in the summer, though - you'll get the typical dusk and dawn Florida mosquitoes.
