Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse is located in Lighthouse Park at the junction of the Loxahatchee River and the Jupiter Inlet. This lighthouse, built in the mid-1800's, once served to assist navigation along the east coast of Florida. The lighthouse is now listed in the National Register of Historic Places, and is open to the public. You'll catch a great view of the area from the top of the lighthouse, and the water here is absolutely breathtaking, such a beautiful blue-green color.The lighthouse is open from 10AM to 4PM Saturday - Wednesday, with final tours departing at 3:15PM. Sunset tours are offered on the last Wednesday of each month. Admission is $6 per person. Just a note - for safety, those wearing flip-flops and heels will not be allowed to enter.
