Morikami Park in Delray Beach sits on land donated to Palm Beach County by George Sukeji Morikami, a Japanese immigrant, in 1973. The main area of the park open to public is next to Lake Biwa, where there's a playground, picnic tables with grills, a few picnic shelters, and one large pavilion available by reservation. Nearby there is a open play field (where we've flown kites in the past). The park does have restrooms.
Morikami Park is also home to Morikami Museum and Gardens
