Resting on ancient sand dunes, Seabranch Preserve is home to one of the last natural coastal scrub ares in the southeast, with nearly 300 acres of designated wetlands. Eight miles of hiking trail introduce visitors to various habitats, including a mangrove swamp, sand pine scrub, scrubby flatwoods, and a baygall community. The park is teeming with wildlife - birds, reptiles, and mammals; of particular interest is the scrub jay. A small two-table picnic shelter offers a grill.
