Temple Park

Temple Park is located in the Acreage area of Palm Beach County. It's a great destination for anyone interested in sports as a means of exercise - there are four each of basketball, tennis, and raquetball courts. There are also two sand volleyball courts, though one is missing the net. There's a picnic pavilion available by reservation (or first-come, first-served, you know how that goes), and there are restrooms. My family recently celebrated Memorial Day here, and there were only two other people, one of whom was a classmate of my brother! The courts are all in pretty decent shape, even though the basketball courts have a few patch repairs. There's a small play structure for kids (or for hiding from the rain, as I did). Unfortunately, there are no grills provided, so pack snacks!
