Veterans Park (RPB)

The highlight of Veterans Park is a small interactive fountain near the center - herons and alligators spout water, along with a bunch of high-spraying ground jets. Children of all ages (which includes adults!) enjoy the splashing play. Just a short stroll away is a small playground, and a paved path encircles the entire park, past a cafe', over a small waterway, by a rock and water feature, and back again. Picnic shelters line the walkways, and the whole park is grassy and lush. Dog on leashes are allowed, and clean-up bags are provided.
