Lake Shore Park

Lake Shore Park September 2011 Update:
It looks like Lake Shore Park was originally called Kelsey Park, in honor of Harry S. Kelsey, founder of Kelsey City (now Lake Park). Still, I couldn't find any other information, like even an address. The park encompasses an equal area on the east side of Lake Shore Dr., bordering US 1, but I didn't visit this portion. There is additional street parking along Greenbriar Dr.

Original article:
Lake Shore Park sits along the Intracoastal Waterway in Lake Park. It's a very pretty park, with lots of opportunities for leisurely strolling, but I was pretty much completely unable to find any information about this park other than that the park pavilion is available for rental and hosts karate, yoga, and line dancing classes. What I can tell you from my own observation is that there are tennis courts, a children's playground, and a nice paved and landscaped walkway along the water. There's parking for about 60 cars in two different lots. The park is between Forestaeria Dr. and Greenbriar Dr. on Lake Shore Dr.
