Tiger Shark Cove Playground

Built almost entirely by volunteers, Tiger Shark Cove's playground features a grand wooden structure of towers, ramps, stairways, and slides that lines the front of the park. Inside the playground are all manner of fun equipment, including more slides, monkey bars, climbing chains and bars, a sand play area, swings for young and old, and even a tire swing. Some of the wooden structure is wheelchair accessible. A small water play area can also be found here, but it is regrettably almost always in need of service, and offers only a trickle of water from one or two fixtures. Fortunately, the rest of the park makes up for it! A big bonus is that the playground is almost entirely fenced (except at the front entrance, and not in a prison-like way), so it's virtually impossible for a kid to escape. There are a couple small picnic tables, as well as a picnic pavilion with restroom facilities. The park also hosts several sports fields.
